A warning to all regarding Paradise Properties of Belize.  Make sure the corporate office is not out of Boca Raton and find out who the other investors are. You will find there will be none from Florida as they don't want any investors that can actually go to the office. Cliff Goodrich formally of Dreamscapes of Belize who left this company under very suspicious circumstances is part of this project. He lied to us about the project. Just check out the Dreamscapes of Belize website and you will see the model homes are nearly the same and so is the site plan.  Do your research, I wish I had. These people are scam artists.
